Bond Fans Not Happy With Craig

In the upcoming James Bond film, Casino Royale, British player Daniel Craig will play the direct role of James Bond. This, however, does not sit down well with a grouping of James Bond fans, who have launched a Web site, .

A statement on the site stated that EON Productions angered fans around the world when they fired Pierce Brosnan at the height of his popularity as Bond. To enlarge insult to injury, EON cast a short, blond, odd-looking Daniel Craig in the role of Bond.

The site goes on to ask, How might a short, blond player with the rough face of a pro pugilist & a penchant for playing killers, cranks, cads, & gigolos pull off the role of a tall, dark, handsome & suave mystery agent?

The mad grouping of Bond fans have threatened to boycott Casino Royale & any else Bond films that Craig will star in.

Though Craig might have a wounded pride from all of these happenings, he does have a huge assistant in his predecessor, Pierce Brosnan.

I conveive Daniel is a really awesome actor. These are rocky waters, & theyre going to get him one path or another, but I conveive he will have the last laugh at the finish of it, Brosnan said.

Craig has had roles in Munich & The Jacket. He liveed with the role of Bond last October, & filming for the motion picture started last calendar in Prague. Last week the producers of the film cast French role player Eva Green as Bond girl Vesper Lynd & Danish player Mads Mikkelsen as the villain le Chiffre.
